Was charged delivery fee when in fact delivery should have been free since I live in the free delivery area. Chocolates did not come in heart shaped box, nor were the chocolates heart shaped as advertised. Just a box of assorted chocolates. Flowers were beautiful and arranged beautifully. Overall not bad. But the delivery fee and chocolates not being what was advertised were the only things I had issue with.
